CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required to reserve all service appointments. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled treatment or service. Deposits are non-refundable for: • No-show appointments • Late cancellations outside the 48-hr cancellation policy window • Clients arriving significantly late may require rescheduling, and the deposit may be forfeited depending on scheduling availability.
